As a representative of the Empire Britannia and also of the Empire of Arcadia, The emperor has told me that the source of Arcadia's destitution and the rampant damage is because of ROzzario...I would like your thoughts on the matter, and if you do not deny it, I would ask you to refrain from pressuring hte citizens of Arcadia...or else the Empire of Britannia may also find you an enemy.
